For example, are they funny or serious? Efficient time managers or constantly catching up? Are they the best at what they do or somewhere in the middle?
How long have they been in business?
What monthly net profit does your ICP make in their primary business?
Be specific if there are certain areas your ICP is likely to be attracted to, e.g. Software Engineers and San Francisco.
This could be the industry that has felt the easiest and most successful for your business, or an industry you'd like to break into because the clients working there excite you.
Explain the draw for this person - what makes them tick? Why this industry or this passion?

Explain the things that make you excited to meet with these clients - whether it's personality attributes or the work itself.
Describe how these folks behave in the very worst case scenarios. Include ways their business practices might become bothersome to you in any way, or coping mechanisms they employ during times of stress that aren't your cup of tea.
This can be personality traits like directness being mistaken for abruptness or judgment.
Use this section to describe how they feel about your business or the solution you provide. Explain how they felt before finding you, how they feel once they've engaged you, and how they feel when your business exchange is complete.
Explain whether you prefer short or long-term contracts, ongoing subscription services, or more of a consultant-based approach where you give them a list of items to fix with suggestions and referrals.
